"We Serve"- A simple motto describing a wide range of activities.  The Taylorsville Lions Club is part of Lions International- the world's largest civic organization.  Lions Clubs are service organizations, and have a particular focus on serving the blind and visually impaired.

The Taylorsville Lions Club is part of Lions Multiple District 31-B, and we are in Taylorsville, NC, a community in the foothills.  Our current headquarters is at the Alexander County Fairgrounds, which is owned and operated by the Taylorsville Lions Club.

The Taylorsville Lions Club supports Lions International initiatives such as the SightFirst program, as well as the NC Lions Foundation's White Cane Fund.  We also collect used eyeglasses, and help provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to those who qualify as needing them.  To support those ends, we do have to raise money, through  operating the Fairgrounds, our yearly golf tournament, and selling brooms.  The Taylorsville Lions have lent a hand in other projects and community activities from time to time.
